Last week , President Obama announced nonmilitary 1.5 billion $ aid for Pakistan with a condition that it will use only for war against terrorism. Many Democratic senators are not sure about Pakistan's Policy about war against militants present in Pakistani Tribal areas .

"Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, raised questions about the Pakistani government's willingness to forcefully confront militants who have destabilized that country and neighboring Afghanistan"

"Levin criticized the Pakistani government for failing to secure the border with Afghanistan and allowing Taliban militants to operate in the Pakistani city of Quetta. The additional aid for Pakistan could work, Levin said, if it meshes with Islamabad's goals. But he suggested that the plan could backfire if the Pakistani public thinks the U.S. is trying to buy its cooperation"

"Flournoy said that if Pakistan did not do a better job taking on militants, the U.S. would cut back on its aid programs."

By infusion of this condition money Obama administration want to change the negative behavior Pakistan Public. But they not relive that Pakistani Public change its negative behavior into positive when USA give aid on security, education, health,national and international trade or increase the Pakistan economics .
After the 9-11 the war against terrorism in Afghanistan carried on from last 8 years. Pakistan during this period remain the alliance of USA and NATO forces. Before this war Pakistan also play important role for USA during war against communism in 1979. Pakistan as front line state against terrorism, it faces the many problems such as in FATA area of the Pakistan, many tribal people become against Pakistan army, suicidal bombing spread all over Pakistan about after every 2-3 days a suicide bomb blast in Pakistan . This loss of security in Pakistan destabilize the country .
As front line state Pakistan but America conversation about Pakistan is very reserved. USA never supported Pakistan as a Alliance in controlling suicide bombing by giving modern security devices or measurements to Pakistan or to improve Pakistan economy by opening the new channels of trade in Pakistan. This conservative behavior of USA about its alliance show that USA has not trust Pakistan while it is burning from last 5 years in a not personal war by suicide bomber. In this outsider war Pakistan lost many things but nothing gain.
If USA want success in war against terrorism then it necessary to show confidential behavior for Pakistan and give regards toward Pakistan as Alliance not a enemy.
